the queen studio was nice, with a useful kitchenette and comfy bed. the location was convenient, close to shopping. the laundry facilities worked really well and the app made it easy to check on my clothes. tiffany and suraya provided amazing service, always going the extra mile to help.

The service was on point—Tiffany at check-in was like a breath of fresh air, she made everything so smooth. And the free internet? Just as good as my home internet, perfect for my kids with their devices and even my PS5.

It was just a great match for a mini-break over the weekend in Tacoma with excellent value for money. The express breakfast included only a granola bar, but that got me out for a quick Starbucks run! I’d recommend checking in early just in case the room isn't ready on time.

However, the noise level throughout the night was incredibly disruptive with people screaming and fighting outside, making it hard to feel safe. The staff could improve their communication skills as there were misunderstandings at check-in that left me feeling frustrated.
